Masks are required in our facility at all times to be worn by all patients and their necessary guests.
Guests are not allowed inside the facility with the exception of 1 parent with minor(s) and 1 caregiver with mentally/physically disabled person(s).
Social distancing is in place, please respect the signs set out to separate our patients.
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please call before entering the office so we may take the necessary precautions for the safety of patients and staff.
If you have had an exposure, are symptom-free, and require a test to either return to work or return to school, we can provide you with a rapid test and results.
What we are doing...
Sanitization and sterilization have always been of utmost importance in our facility, but we are taking extra steps and precautions to ensure the safety and well being of our staff and patients. During these difficult times we are paying close attention to detail to ensure we are able to stay open and operating to help patients, such as yourself, with your primary and urgent care needs. We understand patients want both detailed and thoughtful care as well as efficiency, which we are aiming to achieve while minimizing your wait in our office.
What we ask of our patients...
During these uncertain times we do trust our patients to work with us to maintain a clean and healthy environment for other patients and staff. If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, please wait in your car and call our office so we can make the necessary arrangements for you to come inside while not exposing any patients already in the waiting area. We currently are requiring face masks to be worn while inside our facility for ALL patients and their necessary guests.
Do you have a known positive exposure and/or are you experiencing symptoms of COVID-19?
We are a testing facility, and we can treat you! We are eager to see established patients and walk-ins to help them feel their best. To do so safely, we have established a protocol in our facility to keep our patients and staff healthy and happy. Masks are always required in our facility to be worn by all patients and their necessary guests. You will be evaluated by the one of our providers who will determine the direction of your needed care. We have the ability to do rapid testing on site and also PCR laboratory testing that takes 24-48 hours to result.
Do you need a test to return to work or want a test, but have no exposure or symptoms?
We can do this for you too! We have the ability to do rapid testing on site and also PCR laboratory testing that takes 24-48 hours to result. If the rapid test is performed we can provide you with a written result before you leave.
